Baqariya Shia Jama Masjid,Malawani. is a mosque situated at western suburb of Mumbai, is Developed and Maintaned by “Anjuman Rahe Nijat Shia Isna Asri Jamat’’perhaps from Mahim to Palghar is second largest shia Jama Masjid next to Haidri Jama Masjid Mira Road.The mosque attracts Shia members from Goregaon to Dahisar Specially to perform Friday Prayer. We also perform other relegious activities such as Majlis in Moharram and also on Death Anniversaries of our Imams and Masoomeen(s.a) The ground and first floor are used for the prayers of male members while the second floor is for females devotees. The terrace may be use for serving foods after Majlis and also for Aftari purpose in the month of holy Ramzan.

We are strictly belivers of Marjay-E-Taqleed ,our beloved supreme Religious leaders. We are planning to expand our existing area as phase 2, which may use for the different social welfare, various Educational activities and research Centre,etc to develop the skill of Nationalism in our young generation and let them feel proud for being an Indian.
